More About This Lead

Use the shorter setting for busy pavements and closer handling, then lengthen it where a little more sniffing room is appropriate. Unlike a retractable lead, the length is selected using fixed adjustment points.

How to Use

Set the desired length before walking, attach the clasp to a secure collar or harness D-ring and slide the safety cover into place. Confirm the clasp is fully closed before setting off.

Size

Adjusts from approximately 3ft to 5ft. Available in Blue and Pink.

Care

Wipe clean after wet or muddy walks and allow to dry naturally. Keep the clasp free from grit and check that the locking cover moves smoothly.

Safety Information

Inspect the PVC, joins, handle, D-ring and clasp before every walk. Replace if worn or damaged. Select a lead appropriate for your dog’s size, strength and walking style. Not suitable for tethering, tie-outs or leaving a dog unattended. The handle D-ring is for lightweight accessories, not a second dog.

Amy’s Tip

Keep it shorter near roads and shops, then use the longer setting once you reach a safe sniffing area. And yes—the wipe-clean finish is very welcome during a proper British mud season!
