Using the seat belt

Attach to a suitable, correctly fitted dog travel harness, never to a collar. PetGear recommends using its Dog Harness with this item. Insert the buckle connector into a compatible seat belt lock and check that it is secure before travelling. Adjust the strap to limit movement while allowing a comfortable position.

Inspect the strap, stitching, clip and buckle before every journey. Replace if worn or damaged and do not allow your dog to chew the strap.
