K9 Instinct Lamb Tails 250g

K9 Instinct Lamb Tails 250g are natural, air-dried dog chews made from 100% lamb tail. Their firm texture gives dogs an outlet for their natural chewing instinct, while the single-ingredient composition keeps the treat selection simple.

Key features

• 100% lamb tail, including cartilage, ligament and bone.
• Air-dried, single-protein chews.
• No additives or preservatives.
• 70.51% crude protein.
• 250g pouch; natural pieces vary in size and shape.

Lamb offers an alternative to beef or chicken treats. Suitability for a sensitive stomach depends on the individual dog; introduce new treats gradually.

Composition and typical analysis

Composition: 100% lamb tail (contains cartilage, ligament and bone).

Typical analysis: crude protein 70.51%, crude fat 12.51%, moisture 5.07%, ash 11.91%.

Feeding and supervision

The supplier states these are suitable for puppies aged 12 weeks and over. Age alone does not determine suitability: choose a chew appropriate to your dog's size, teeth and chewing style.

Feed as an occasional treat alongside a complete, balanced diet, adjusting their usual food allowance to account for treats. Always supervise and provide fresh drinking water.

Contains bone. Remove the chew if it splinters, develops sharp edges or becomes small enough to swallow whole. Avoid for dogs that gulp chews, and check with your vet if your dog has dental problems, a medical condition or a prescribed diet. Chewing does not replace brushing or veterinary dental care.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening and keep out of reach of pets.

Amy's tip

Give a new chew when you can stay nearby and watch how your dog uses it. Check the piece before offering it and throughout the chewing session.
