Great&Small Christmas Penguin Playhouse | Cat Toy

Give your cat a festive place to explore with the Great&Small Christmas Penguin Playhouse. This fold-away cat tent combines a cheerful penguin design with a sheltered space for hiding, playing and resting, bringing your feline friend into the Christmas fun.

The penguin’s red and green scarf, printed Christmas lights and yellow feet make it a colourful seasonal addition to your home. A round entrance lets your cat peek out, while the hanging red and white ball offers something to investigate and bat during supervised play.

A festive hideaway with room for play

• Pop-up, fold-away design: easy to set up and fold down when you want to put it away.
• Penguin print: a playful Christmas design from Great&Small’s 2026 range.
• Hanging ball: a peppermint-style red and white toy at the entrance.
• Space to explore and rest: a covered hideaway for your cat’s playtime routine.
• Approximate size: 43 × 48cm.

Introduce the playhouse at your cat’s pace

Set it up on a level floor with enough clear space around the entrance. Let your cat sniff and explore before starting a game. They might enjoy watching from inside, peeking out or batting at the hanging toy.

Amy’s Tip: I’d place the playhouse somewhere familiar and bring out a wand toy for a short game nearby. Give your cat time to choose when to join in, and keep the entrance clear.

Complete your cat’s Christmas gifts

Add the Great&Small Santa and Friends Santa Dangler for interactive wand play together. For a separate toy to bat and chase, choose the King Catnip Mouse. Both complementary toys are sold separately.

Care and supervision

Supervise play, especially around the hanging ball and cord. Check the tent, seams and attachments before use, and remove it if damaged or anything becomes loose. Follow the product label’s assembly and care instructions, and remove packaging before offering it to your cat.
