That standardisation is particularly useful because the natural curcuminoid content of ordinary turmeric root can vary considerably.

Why Is BioPerine® Added?

One of the challenges with curcumin is that it naturally has poor bioavailability , meaning relatively little may be absorbed when consumed on its own. Dorwest therefore adds BioPerine® , a standardised black pepper extract containing piperine. Piperine has been studied for its ability to improve curcumin absorption, helping make the active compounds in the turmeric more bioavailable.

How to Use
